EsoDoc - European Social Documentary- offers trainings for filmmakers, new media professionals and NGO film practitioners who want to develop documentary and new media projects with social impact.  Participants will be able to develop their project and find new financing, production and distribution strategies, with the support of professionals of the film and new media industry.

The trainings are organised for intermediary and senior documentary filmmakers, authors and producers, who are willing to extend their production possibilities to new sectors, new forms and new platforms. ESoDoc welcomes participants who are eager to learn about new forms of storytelling, about combining creative documentary with social communication and advocacy intents. Therefore, also NGO-communication representatives and professionals from the new media sector are encouraged to apply.

The partnership between ESoDoc and Movies that Matter will create new international networking opportunities for ESoDoc participants. The Movies that Matter Festival will be held from March 20-26 2014. For further information visit
