CANCELLED: Q&A about cyber security, digital forensics and information protection, with Ida Haisma, director of The Hague Security Delta. One of the topics to be discussed includes the different set of rules that citizens and governments need to abide by when it comes to internet privacy. Why is this legitimate?

Ida Haisma is Operational Director at The Hague Security Delta (HSD). HSD is the largest security cluster in Europe. In this Dutch cluster –with important regional hubs in The Hague, Twente, and Brabant– businesses, governments, and knowledge institutions work together on innovations and knowledge in the field of cyber security, national and urban security, protection of critical infrastructure, and forensics. They share a common goal: more business activity, more jobs and a secure world.

Before this, Ida was the Director of Innovation Safety & Security at TNO. She has also taught at several universities and worked as policy officer International Cooperation at the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The Q&A will be led by Nadine Maaraba. Nadine holds a Master in International Relations and currently works for Movies that Matter on the competition programme on law and justice, named Camera Justitia.
