Q&A with Anna Neistat, moderated by journalist Rena Netjes
Russian human rights researcher Anna Neistat is one of the protagonists in the film. The film crew captured her personal and professional life in her function as Associate Director for Program and Emergencies at Human Rights Watch. She has since joined Amnesty International as a Senior Director of Research. Together with Ole Solvang, Senior Emergencies Researcher at Human Rights Watch, and their two children, she resides in Paris. Anna will attend the Movies that Matter Festival to speak about her career, the making-of the film and how the work of human rights organisations can contribute to fighting injustice and promoting global change.
The Q&A will be moderated by Dutch journalist Rena Netjes, who was sentenced in absentia to ten years in prison in Egypt last year.
