After the film screening there will be a Q&A with Anna Neistat, moderated by researcher Doutje Lettinga.
Russian human rights researcher Anna Neistat is one of the protagonists in the film. The film crew captured her personal and professional life in her function as Associate Director for Program and Emergencies at Human Rights Watch. She has since joined Amnesty International as a Senior Director of Research. Together with Ole Solvang, Senior Emergencies Researcher at Human Rights Watch, and their two children, Dr. Neistat resides in Paris. She will attend the Movies that Matter Festival to speak about her career, the making-of the film and how the work of human rights organisations can contribute to fighting injustice and promoting global change.
The Q&A will be moderated by Strategic Studies analyst Doutje Lettinga. Dr. Lettinga holds a PhD in Sociology and Master degrees in History and International Relations. She currently works as Analyst of Strategic Studies, an initiative of Amnesty International Netherlands.
