The third edition of Open Air Cinema 2016 on Agust 4th at Humanity House in The Hague features the film Norteado.
The Mexican Andres makes many failed attempts to illegally cross the border into America. At one point he befriends two women who give him a little work and a place to sleep, right beside the huge wall that was built to prevent him from reaching his goal.
The film shows in subtle and sometimes humorous ways how stressful the migrant situation is, and also highlights the problems faced by border towns like Tijuana.
