The festival hasn't started yet, but we would like to inform you about our closing film. On Saturday 1 April at 8 pm we will screen the humourous fiction film Newton. Humour might not be the first thing that springs to mind in relation to a film about streamlining a democratic process. However, director Amit Masurkar has succeeded in making his film Newton into a black comedy, for which he won the CICAE Art Cinema Award at the 2017 Berlin Film Festival. After the screening you are welcome to our closing party with a performance by the band Zitakula: on display of your festival ticket entree to the party is free of charge.
