This Thursday, August 25th, Movies that Matter and Cinema for Peace will screen two films at Filmhuis Den Haag. The entrance is free. The films will be screened in the light of the closing statements in the trial of the International Criminal Court (ICC) against the former Congolese rebel leader Lubanga. At 17:15, the documentary Tony will be screened followed by Children of War at 19:00. Both films tell the stories of former child soldiers from Uganda. After the screenings, an interview will take place with former child soldier Emanuell Jall and the director of Children of War, Bryan Single.
